Advanced Mortar Air Entraining Admixture for Challenging Aggregates
Oscrete is pleased to announce the launch of MorTech A3, a next‑generation air entraining admixture developed to deliver outstanding stability, durability and performance in mortar and screed applications.
Formulated with a carefully engineered blend of synthetic surface agents, MorTech A3 introduces controlled and stable air entrainment, enabling ready‑to‑use mortar producers to achieve consistent quality across a wide range of mix designs. The product has been specifically designed to excel when working with challenging or variable aggregates, offering producers greater flexibility and resilience in an increasingly demanding market.

With low typical addition rates of 100 – 300 ml per 100 kg of cement (0.10% – 0.30% by weight of cement), MorTech A3 enables producers to achieve air contents in the region of 15–20%, subject to initial trials and mix design parameters.
By enabling producers to utilise locally sourced aggregates, MorTech A3 supports supply‑chain resilience and reduces material transport, contributing to more sustainable production methods.
